Q: What is a Bouncy Castle?

A: A Bouncy Castle is an inflatable structure filled with air by a constantly running fan that pressurises an “envelope” of multiple vinyl pieces which are joined to form the shape of a house.  The children can rebound (jump) and play safely within the bouncy castle structure.

Q: Can Bouncy Castles be used if it rains?

A: Yes!  A Jumping J-Jays Bouncy Castles are supplied with custom made rain covers which will keep your inflatable over 80% dry.   Our bouncy castles are also designed so that the castle activities are contained within a circuit, which means that the kids do not need to get on and off to continue playing on the structure.  The rain covers are available with all models including Jump and Slides, Moving Mouth Active Castles, Water Slides and the Drop Zone Falling Floor Models

Q: Do you deliver on weekdays as well as weekends?

A: Most of the franchise owners are able to deliver to mid week parties as well as weekend parties!  Midweek parties are a great idea for mothers groups and parents of pre-school aged children. School holidays are another busy time for all parties, which can be scheduled any day of the week!

Q: Do you have insurance cover?

A: Jumping J-Jays are fully committed to provide you a safe and worry free party.  All franchisees have $10million in public liability cover for your party guests.  We will happily show you the paperwork upon request.

Q. Do you have Bouncy Castles with Slides?

Q. What is the latest time I can hire the castles for?

A:  The regulations in most states state we must complete your hire period no later than one hour after dusk.  So in winter hire times will need to finish earlier than in summer.  If you hire one of our fully trained Jumping Castle Supervisors the times can be extended. Discuss this when you enquire with our Call Centre.

Q: Do you provide operators to supervise the kids?

A: Law states that if the birthday party is in a private residential backyard then we can train you the rules to operate. If it is in a park of business location we will provide and registered and proven supervisor to make sure we do everything as needed by the government and for the safety.
